Detox and Nutrition Focus
Without healthy nutrition, everything else would not be coherent. Our SEEDS Retreats mainly focuses on detoxifying the body and mind. Recent scientific studies proves that gut health affects our overall life in every aspect. From thought patterns, mood, behavior, decisions and actions -to- disease, energy frequency and synchronicity. All comes from what we feed into our lives. Food, air, sun, people, environment and experiences. So our main focus is to detoxify in the first few days, reset the body and re-program the mind into healthy eating habits with the best quality food and habits we acquire and act upon. Once you book we will send you a pre-diet and post-diet plan.
